DESCRIPTION

1.Drive sell-out; enhance product knowledge and strengthen brand awareness
2.Elaborate or adapt strategic marketing communication campaigns
3.Execute with excellence marketing plans within aligned calendar
4.Manage Marketing Development Funds and check Return on Investments
5.Recruit, evaluate, coordinate daily relationships with agencies

Responsibility

Define the overall Marketing Strategy in line with global plans and local business goals
Lead the implementation of the Marketing strategy defined on collaboration with Management
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activations and results
Follow up the execution of marketing campaigns with agencies – Keep the due date and make sure all the campaign & promotional activities start on time
Participate in the brainstorming and bring new ideas in order to increase sales & market share
Check the appropriate usage of logos and brand guidelines
Develop and keep track of a unified storage of presentations, marketing and communications materials
Schedule and organize CE corporate events, conferences or meetings
Coordinate the coop campaign with distributors and monitor its implementation
Follow up on the media planning, proofing and moving of creative.
Monitor weekly sales performance (especially during marketing campaigns)
Make weekly or monthly reports on marketing activities
Conduct market intelligence and track competitors marketing activities
In collaboration with Channel Manager, dispatch promotion materials in the markets
Get quotations from agencies, check final invoices & evidences and follow up on payments
Manage the whole Marketing Development Fund process including SAP postings (PP, EO, PR)

1.Marketing campaigns launching within deadlines
2.Sales targets achievement during marketing campaign period

4.Deadlines in submission of marketing reports & weekly sales performance (during campaigns)

7.Capability to kick off payment process on time, to avoid late EO or late payments to vendors
8.Accuracy of vendors invoice and evidences, exactitude of postings in SAP system

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A Master’s degree in Marketing, business administration or management
2. A minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience in Marcom or Product Marketing
3. Possession of a post-graduate degree from a recognized university will be an added advantages.
